TENDER NOTICE
TENDER NOTICE FOR DISPOSAL OF USED ANSWER SCRIPTS,
NEWS PAPERS & WASTE PAPERS ETC.
Sealed tenders are invited from reputed firms dealing with purchase of waste papers having their own offices and Telephone Numbers for purchasing the following of “WASTE PAPERS” lying in the office of the Board.
1) Used Answer Scripts (Weighing 35000 to 50,000 kilo gram approximately)
2) News Papers
3) Waste PapersTender Performa may be obtained from the office of the Admin General Section on production of an application on the original letter head of the firm, against payment of Rs.1,000/= (Non-refundable) in shape of pay order in favour of Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi on any working day between 10:00 a.m to 01:00 p.m up to 06-03-2010.
Tender may be submitted latest by 02:30 p.m on 08-03-2010 and will be opened on the same day at 03:00 p.m in presence of the tenderers or their representatives who wish to be present on the occasion; General Sales Tax Registration/ Income Tax Certificate must be accompanied with the Tender.
The Tender accompanied by “BID SECURITY” of Rs.200,000/= (Rupees Two Hundred Thousand only) in shape of pay order in favour of Secretary Board of Intermediate Education, Karachi mentioning at the top of envelop “TENDER FOR USED ANSWER SCRIPTS, NEWS PAPER & WASTE PAPER ETC”.
“The procuring Agency may reject all or any bids subject to the relevant provision of PPRA rules”.
